Price-quality ratio was great! I haven't had such good food for so little money in a long time. Really creative chef that obviously has an eye for great combinations. The service was also amazing. I would recommend this place to everyone

A real little diamond in the middle of nowhere… the chef is plenty of passion and fantasy. You can try a “surprise” menu suggested by the fresh ingredients available that day and the result is a nice emotional experience. Very good cellar with hi level wines not just from Tuscany. At the end of the meal the chef “invented” a Parmesan Gelato made and served just 15 min…Great passion, calm and cured place, very very interesting cuisine, nice and refined ambience.

Amazing find. Beautiful, cosy restaurant. Very friendly staff. On offer was a taster menu. 25 per head. 7 courses - all of which were stunning and varied. I've paid 10x this at pretentious restaurants around the world, and would prefer to visit here anytime. Tuscany really is head and shoulders above the rest of the world in terms of dining if this is the sort of restaurant you can just find on a quick drive into the countryside. 5 Stars !

Beautiful experience, can’t recommend it highly enough! Visited this place for my wife’s birthday and drove all the way from Florence (1h). This place is amazing, we arrived early before it was open and we suggested to wait with a glass of wine. We drove to the neighbouring village and had a wonderful walk there (with a glass of wine of course).The whole dining experience is top notch, 5 course “discovery” dinner with desert and a bottle of lemoncello. The chef is a really nice guy, so passionate about what he is doing, came out to us a few times to chat, sorry I didn’t get his name. The girl who served us was amazing as well, friendly and professional. The whole experience cost us 87 euro, I just couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the bill. For 2 adults and a toddler with 4 glasses of wine and a bottle only 87. Are they making money at all?? If you are looking for an authentic, top class experience with a cost of a middle class restaurant then come and visit La posta del poeta! Gratzie mille!

A quiet place out of the way, with a menu only in the chef's mind. The 5 course meal was amazing and would go back again. My meal was entirely vegetarian and tantalizing to the eyes!

Wonderful restaurant in an unassuming corner of the Tuscan countryside. They offer a set menu of four courses, however the first is actually made up of four small courses alone(!) really incredible value for food of such high quality that is made and served with such love and passion. Would highly recommend anyone to dine here.
